The beginning of building work

The client is invited to attend the beginning of the building work phase to confirm that the house lay-out and site location is correct. 

The building site is declared officially open by means of a standard form signed by you. It will be sent to the local town hall by our administrative department by registered post, after the foundations have been laid.

You will be kept informed of the progress of building work on a weekly basis;

• You will be invited to a meeting with our designer at every major stage in the project;
• Matters relating to finishings and fittings (electricity, plumbing, heating systems, tiling etc) will be definitively decided upon on the building site after discussion with the relevant fitters and professionals.
