The CCMI is a contract governed by the law of 1990 – Chapter 1 – and includes a house plan.
It includes the ‘notice d’information’ (explanatory section setting out your rights and responsibilities and those of the contractor), the special conditions and the general conditions.
What does the Building Contract involve?
