SUD HABITAT is a regional construction firm specialized in building detached homes. Based in Montauban (Tarn-et-Garonne), it has over 20 years’ experience in this field.

Based in MONTAUBAN since 1998, SUD HABITAT is a subsidiary of GSI, which was founded by Jeanne and Joël IZARD, who have been active in the construction industry since 1968.

To date, SUD HABITAT has completed over 400 homes.
