Regardless of the nature of the problem encountered, if your house is still within the warranty period, SUD HABITAT must be immediately informed of the problem so that a speedy, long-term solution can be found.

Client’s insurance cover applies to defects that render the house unfit for its purpose (habitability). This cover runs for ten years and ensures that the cost of any repairs is already covered.
