Sud Habitat will draw up and lodge the building permit planning application and take delivery of the corresponding receipt. As soon as the building permit is granted, Sud Habitat will display the permit on a sign erected for this purpose on the building plot.

Depending on the municipality in question, it takes approximately three months (starting from the date of reception of any additional information or documentation requested by the local authorities), to obtain a building permit.

Any subsequent modifications to the construction project will mean you must submit these minor amendments for approval (Permis de construire modificatif).
