The building permit
We will draw up and lodge the building permit planning application and take delivery of the corresponding receipt. As soon as the building permit is granted, it will be displayed on a sign erected for this purpose on the building plot.
Depending on the municipality in question, it takes approximately one to three months (starting from the date of reception of any additional information or documentation requested by the local authorities), to obtain a building permit.
